RARE 1940’s ANTIQUE VINTAGE PLAID Sportsman Thermos Picnic Travel Set Very Nice. Set us in amazing condition! Thermo bottles glass liners fine, lids still shiny and not scratched up, corks look new, outer thermo bottles not scratched or dented up that we can see. Painted area’s not worn or rusted. Sandwich, snack or utensil tin box looks pristine inside and out. Bag zipper is fine, may need waxed to zip easier (candle wax should do it)! One vet tiny dot of rust on base of of thermos pea size or smaller and is surface only. Bottoms of thermo bottles are shiny like new. Bag has no rips or tears period and us very clean. There are plastic divider sheets inside to keep items from scratching each other. This truly is in our opinion a very nice set for age! States “Gotham” on bottom of bottles. We do not know if there is anything missing as we could not find another set like it anywhere online. The feet in the bag were a bit corroded, still all intact so we touched up to display in our summer place at the lake! Great for vintage lodge cabin outdoor look or to use in the boat, camping, at the lake front home or for the nostalgia look in any decor! Tartan red and black plaid! Thermos 14.50”T as is the box!
