The intake and exhaust ports have been totally redesigned. Thanks to the thermo-fluid dynamics analysis systems of the engine it was possible to increase the performance of the engine in terms of power and torque, with results never achieved before. The intake is totally redesigned with a fifth CNC machined port that ensures a greater flow of fresh gases entering.
Thanks to the innovative system for fixing the cylinder to the crankcase without the use of studs, it was possible to design and adopt a
Oval geometry exhaust port with increased section with side boosters
. This solution cannot be found today on any other cylinder of this type on the market.
NEW RACING PISTON
The study of the piston a
flat head
was conducted with a particular focus on interaction with aspiration. The CNC machined window on the casing is designed to maximize the inlet flow and thus promote greater pressure on the pump casing and better lubrication of the roller cage.
REINVENTED FIXING SYSTEM
All the normal head and cylinder tightening based on studs has been eliminated in favor of the introduction of a new system that adopts special bolts usually used in the most performing engines. The tightening of the cylinder to the crankcase (Racing type) with dedicated bolts and key is a solution that on the one hand reduces the expansion of the cylinder, to the advantage of more efficient tightening, and on the other allows the sophisticated redesign of the exhaust port that makes this such a special and performing product.
